David and his wife María currently live in Cumberland, Maine. They both joined Keller Williams Realty in 2004 where they work together as a team. Working together with combined skills has enabled them to provide their clients high quality and consistently responsive service.
David has been in the real estate business since 1998 specializing in all types of residential property and multi-family investment properties. In his previous career David was a geologist in the environmental engineering field. For many years as a project manager his work involved assessing contaminated Superfund sites leading to site cleanups.
María has been in the real estate business since 2004. Her background is also in the environmental field. She graduated in Chemistry from the University of Southern Maine. Prior to joining David at Keller Williams, she worked for seven years in a high-tech local environmental chemistry laboratory as the Manager of Data Reporting and Quality Assurance.
María is completely fluent in Spanish so if anyone you know in the local Latin community needs to or would like to conduct their real estate transaction in Spanish, María will happily accommodate them.
